Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your Stripe customer portal, and your listing will remain live until the end of the paid period.
What is the OB50 promo code?
New advertisers get 50% off their first month using the code OB50. This applies to all three plans and is automatically reflected in your first invoice.
Is my card information safe?
Completely. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — the same platform used by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses worldwide. Your card number never touches our servers.
What does "Homepage spotlight" mean?
It's a single sponsor card on the Discover (home) tab — the highest-traffic part of Visit Ocean Beach San Diego. It's a Premium-only placement, and because there's just one slot, it rotates between Premium advertisers. That scarcity is also why Premium is request-only: we confirm a spot is open, then send you a secure payment link.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Email us at ads@visitoceanbeachsandiego.com with your requested change. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we need at least 3 business days' notice before your renewal date to process them. Requests made fewer than 3 business days before renewal (or on the renewal day itself) will apply to the following cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — choose Annual at checkout and you pay for 11 months and get the 12th free. It's the same plan and perks, just one yearly payment instead of twelve monthly ones, and it locks in your rate for the year.
I don't see my business listed. Can I still advertise?
Absolutely. Just fill in your business details in the form above and we'll create a new listing for you as part of your advertising package — no extra charge.
