It feels as much like a weekly street party as a market, with buskers and families out and the sun setting at the end of the street.
Newport Avenue is closed to cars during the market, and nearby street parking fills up. Try the free beach lots at the end of Newport or the larger free lot at Robb Field (2525 Bacon St), a 15-minute walk. Three temporary ADA parking spaces are set aside on the 1800 block of Bacon Street (between Newport and Niagara) on Wednesdays from 2:30 to 9 PM. More options are on our parking guide.
Vendor applications are handled by the Ocean Beach MainStreet Association on its farmers market page.
